Mom and 9 pups are doing quite well. They weigh from 13 oz. to 16 oz and are about 8 inches in length. Gender check: 6 male and 3 female. Please see Puppy Gallery #3 below for pics and videos which will be updated regularly so please visit often.

8/24/13: I woke up today with empty nest syndrome. With all the pups now at their forever homes, I find myself feeling a bit lonely. The whelping pen is empty. There is no early morning chatter to greet the new day. There is no more "running of the bulls". My roasting pan goes back to being a roasting pan, not a bath pan. Raising Litter #3 has been a privilege and an honor. I realize now that this blog is not just for you; it is for me too. My precious memories lie within each and every pic and video. Till we have Litter #4 in 2014, I sign off as your loyal and trusted friend and breeder.

8/15/13: Transitions tips and advice for your new pup

8/24/13: Our last available male is the luckiest little man ever! He was adopted by Luna's family. His name is Shadow and he will be a secret surprise for Mr. Nick so shhhhhh.....don't tell! Now Luna and Shadow are BFF's!

8/23/13: Jenny is finally in her Mom's arms! It was a long journey for Jenny to finally get to this moment. She is going to love her new home in Reno and I do suspect Jenny will be the boss!

8/23/13: Today Doc goes to his forever home where love will be abundant with all his new family members! I will miss his kisses!

8/23/13: This is Jenny. What makes Jenny so special is the fact that she was bought before she was born. She has a loving family waiting for her in Reno. They have never seen Jenny in person, just via blog pics, videos and texts. They have been in constant communication with me since June and have been patiently waiting for the day she goes home. Alas! The day has arrived! Pictured here are my daughters Teri and Mandy and they are taking Jenny home today. Sometime around dinner time today Teri and Albert T. will get to hold their precious Jenny for the first time. It will be love at first sight. I will miss you Jenny-girl....you were a delight to care for. Dedicated to going home today:

8/23/13: On the road home with Jenny...oh happy day!

8/23/13: As fate would have it, this gorgeous pup will be going home today...and waiting at home will be his sister Luna. He and Luna will be BFF's just like Duke and Shelby. He is one very lucky boy!

8/17/13: The above pics are from our 1st trip to the vet. All the pups got rave reviews and are healthy as can be. As of today, they are ready to go to their forever homes! Whew! That was a lot of work but it did go better than I expected because the pups were very well behaved :)

8/10/13: Our last precious pup has been sold and her name is Nakita. She remains in our loving care till 8/20 then she is off to her forever home where a gorgeous Husky brother awaits her arrival!

8/10/13: Last pup available is this darling female. She is smart, has a loving and super sweet personality, is mostly paper trained, is quite gentle, silky soft, and absolutely gorgeous. She loves to be cuddled and loves sleeping in my arms. She is a carbon copy of her mom Shelby. She is a tail waggin' happy girl! She is in need of a good home and will be available on 8/20/13. 8/9/13: Snack time. It was hard to capture a good video with the pups climbing on me while I am feeding them and trying to hold the camera too. Regardless, they had fun and that is all that matters :)
